چکیده

This study examined the suitability of polyethylene terephtal (PET) waste to provide an alternative modification bitumen and reduce accumulation. The chemical structure physical properties were evaluated for modified with different PET flakes content from 2 10 %. effect on bituminous systems was analyzed using IR 1H NMR spectroscopy, differential thermal (DTA) thermogravimetric (TGA) analyses. change in microstructure as a result carried out atomic force microscopy (AFM). Regularities changes structural-group composition binders after their have been established. It is noted that interaction base occurs due formation associative bonds between oxygen-containing components modifier bitumen. influence mechanical standard methods (penetration, extensibility softening point). Based bitumen, such needle penetration depth (penetration), ductility point, it found optimal dosage terms asphalt binder characteristics 3 has established original interact both at levels can be considered suitable changing binders. Thus, obtained samples improved properties, which makes possible produce high-strength concrete pavements based them.
